Billing Care: Populating BillingCare Program Name in Correlation ID (Doc ID 2471682.1)

Symptoms

On Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management(BRM), 7.5.0.19.0 version, Customer Care

Currently the cm.pinlog generated as part of the Billing Care activities in BRM backend do not have the BillingCare Program Name.
Here the user have a lot of customization done based on the Program name fetched from cm.pinlog. Can the "UnknownProgramName" be replaced with meaningful application name like "BillingCare" similar to how it is being seen in CustomerCenter
