Dispatched Order Does Not Move To The Top Of The List In MDT

Dispatched order does not move to the top of the list in Mobile Data Terminal (MDT).
In Oracle Utilities Mobile Workforce Management (MWM) 2.2, our dispatchers could manually dispatch an order to the field crew, and that would move to the top of the list in the MDT, as the next order to be worked. In MWM 2.3, when an order is dispatched to the field crew, it shows up in the MDT. However, it does not move to the top of the list. It remains in its original place in the route where the Scheduler process placed it. The business would like to have back the functionality that was in MWM 2.2, wherein the order moved to the top of the list in the MDT, when it was manually dispatched.
