Symptoms
On Oracle Communication Convergent Charging Controler (OC-3C) 6.0.1 version, when using the format text (FMAT) node to extract notification text to a profile tag in order to submit an SMS request to a notification gateway via SOAP, every invocation of this node seems to result in an error to the slee_acs log:

Follow below steps to reproduce this problem:
1. Create notification with Incoming Session Data -> CC Calling Network Address as the sender.
2. Create control plan with the format text node, to populate a temporary storage buffer.
3. Trigger the control plan.
