In AIX, Starting multiple starttpw customer sees one threadpool start but the other two fail with, "TransportException [510/201] binding to port failed (error code: -213)"
The starting process is:
./starttpw.sh -d Y -p DEFAULT=20 > /opt/MWM/logs/batchscheduler3.log 2>&1 &sleep 20
./starttpw.sh -d Y -p SMAUTO=20 > /opt/MWM/logs/batchschedulersmauto.log 2>&1 &sleep 20
./starttpw.sh -d Y -p BATCHS=20 > /opt/MWM/logs/batchschedulerbatchs.log 2>&1 &
