Siemens Netmanager cartridge concerns due to hard coded values.

Customer came across a situation where, due to some upgrade in HIS lab NE- there was a need to do a test . Customer was required to use NPEntity value as 7 - in A_SI-NETMANAGER_7-0_NETM_PING HIS requests. The Finding was that although this value is defaulted in the cartridge for ENTITY_NUMBER parameter. But for A_SI-NETMANAGER_7-0_NETM_PING flow, the values are hard coded inside code. Due to this , there is no significance of defaulted values, as its gets overridden by a hard coded value in the java code . Not only this , but all other ASDL_PARAM for A_SI-NETMANAGER_7-0_NETM_PING request formation , although defaulted , is hard coded into java code.

Concerns are:

1) How to change the value from 3 to 7 ?
2) Wanted to get rid off all such hard coded values and it should be driven by defaulted values or in some other configuration in a way so that whenever needed - the customer can change this.
