Symptoms

Usage Transaction with Multiple Usage Groups for the Same Periods Not Working as Expected

When a Usage Subscription has multiple Service Points with different Device Configuration Types, and the Device Configurations Types uses different Usage Groups (as configured in the CCB Rate Schedule), the Usage Transactions created (Parent and Sub Usage Transactions) have incorrect output. Please see attached document for details.

As a summary of the issues:
1. Parent Usage Transaction
Expected Results
 - Each Service Point should only be included in one Usage Period
Actual Results
 - Service Points were included in all Usage Periods

2. Sub Usage Transaction 1
Expected Results
 - Scalar Measuring Component details should be equal to the Parent Usage Transaction
 - Only one Service Point should be included
Actual Results
 - Scalar Measuring Component have incorrect values
 - All Service Points were included

3. Sub Usage Transaction 2
Expected Results
 - Scalar Measuring Component details should be equal to the Parent Usage Transaction
 - Only one Service Point should be included
Actual Results
 - Scalar Measuring Component details are equal to the Parent Usage Transaction (ok)
 - All Service Points were included
