Unable to Deploy Billing Care in Cluster Mode (Doc ID 2479232.1)

Issue is that, one is unable to deploy Billing Care in WebLogic cluster for scalability and HA (high availability) over two VMs (virtual machines).

In the GUI installation mode, one can select only one of the managed servers or the Admin server, but not the cluster.

Does Billing Care support Cluster or not?

In case it supports, what are the options in the response file which are used for silent installation?
