Change Of Case Status - Required Characteristics Screen Is Not Displayed Correctly (Doc ID 2479929.1)

Goal

In a case, when transitioning to another case status and there is a required characteristic that has not been previously populated. The Change of Case Status - Required Characteristic window is displayed to prompt the user to enter the required characteristics. The display of the screen is not correct.
The following issues are observed:
1. "Type of Char Value" column
2 Additional input fields are displayed
3. The column fields are not aligned

This issue is observed in Internet Explorer v11.0.9600.19129CO Firefox v60.2.2esr is displayed correctly
