Performance issue in the parallel automation tasks processing with OACC configuration

Customer implemented OACC solution to handle the parallel tasks processing for multi lob solution based on the client requirement.
There are few tasks which are not having any internal/external order data updates but still acquires the lock for longer phase results in delay in processing of other automation tasks which are in the received state simultaneously.
