The Button "<" On The "Refund Details" Screen Does Not Work And Misses "A/R Actions" Text (Doc ID 2483175.1)

On : BRM 7.5.0.19.0 version, Customer Care

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
-----------------------

If account bill has AR actions (Refund, Adjustments), and agent clicks refund to see Refund details, "<" previous/back button in details page is disabled and also does not have text "A/R Actions" (like the one in Event adjustment details page ).

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------

"<" previous/back button should be enabled and should include "A/R Actions" text.

STEPS
-----------------------

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. login to Billing care
2. open an account having bills which have refund actions
3. when on such a bill, click "A/R Actions" link
4. in the new page select an action of "Refund" type
5. click "A/R Action Details". "Refund Bil" page is opening.
