Symptoms

A "Software versions do not match" error(s) received when attempting to logon using the MetaSolv Solution client application.

 

ERROR 1

Software versions do not match.
Please contact your System Administrator.
Client={VERSION} Server={DIFFERENT VERSION}

 

ERROR 2

A data-related error occurred. Please use the detail button for more information.

java.lang.Exception: Software versions do not match. Please contact your System
Administrator. Client={VERSION} Server={DIFFERENT VERSION}

 

Changes

The application code on the Oracle database (stored procedures, triggers, functions, etc) and the NUR.EAR deployed on the WebLogic Server were upgraded.
