Convergence with "Ecko" Layout Displays Markup Language Text in the Message Preview (Doc ID 2484452.1)

While using 'Ecko' layout on Convergence, message grid panel display message preview (first 2 lines).

If the message contains markup language text, the markup text is also displayed in the preview.

For example:

If the Message content is:

The expected behavior is to display only "Test" in the preview. However Convergence also display the markup text as shown above.
