Batch is Running Slow and Getting Stuck In-Progress State (Doc ID 2484564.1)

Symptoms

On RMB v2.6.0.1.0, when there is heavy data load to process for overdue monitor batch, the batch is having big performance degradation.

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
------------------------------
Overdue Process (ADMOV) is having degraded performance and some time getting stuck in-Progress state

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
C1-ADMOV should finish within sufficient time limit and should not stuck.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run C1-ADMOV with large number of records
