ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Crew Shift Completion Remote Message discarded immediately

A user completed their Crew Shift on the hybrid MCP successfully. The Remote Message was sent to MWM, but immediately canceled/discarded. The Crew Shift never completed as a result.

When trying to log back into their MDT, they received an error saying the Shift was already started on another device and were unable to log back in.

Primary issue:
Crew Shift completion Remote Message discarded/cancelled

Secondary issue:
"Shift already started on another MDT" error when logging back in is incorrect because it was the same MDT "KLP" that started the Shift and attempted to resume it on the device.
