pin_setup for Revenue Assurance Manager is Not Making Any Database Changes (Doc ID 2486799.1)

Goal

On Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management (BRM) version 7.5.0.21.0, pin_setup for Revenue assurance manager is not making any database (DB) changes.

Revenue Assurance Manager (7.5 RTW version) was installed on BRM patchset 21 and pin_setup was executed after the installation.  The script does not make any DB changes for Revenue assurance manager and exits.  Below is the output from pin_setup:
