Enhancement Request: Improve Rules and Behaviors to Auto Assign Tasks

Symptoms
Currently have rules that insert tasks and assigns to a parent queue where that queue is setup to auto assign to a technician. When Rules and Behaviors inserts the task it does not auto assign, it just remains in the parent queue, the task will go to the parent queue and not auto assign even if that queue is setup to auto assign.
In this rule the task will insert and just remain with NSC2 instead of auto assigning to a technician in that work queue. Desired functionality would be to auto assign the task.
