How Can We Check Logically Deleted ICH-PUSR and CTPR Report From Database? (Doc ID 2488351.1)

Goal

Even if we delete ICH-PUSR and CTPR reports on Reports >> Periodic Reports menu UI,
its corresponding deleted column of LM_REPORT_FORMS is not filled.
How can we check the logically deleted ICH-PUSR and CTPR Report from database?
