Goal

Scenario:

One wants to use PDC as product primary where all the products will be created and those products should get synced with Oracle CX. The flow will be Oracle CX -> AIA -> BRM -> PDC.

Oracle CX = Oracle Customer Experience
AIA = Application Integration Architecture
BRM = Billing and Revenue Management
PDC = pricing Design Center

Question:

1)  How to achieve this requirement to ensure all products are synced with Oracle CX?
 
2)  PDC publishes lot of information into the configured weblogic jms queues; some questions around this:

How to access these queues?
From where can one get the details about these queues?
What are the names of the queues?
Is information about these queues present in PDC database?
Is there any document available regarding these queues?
