Time Bucket Offline Migration Export Fails with 'Exception occured while retrieving source objects' (Doc ID 2490383.1)

Symptoms

In Oracle Financial Services Asset Liability Management (ALM) 8.0.4, when attempting to use Offline Migration to export a Time Bucket definition, the export fails with the following errors in the FUSIONSUBSYSTEMSService.log from the web server's OFSAA log directory:

As a result of these errors, the export fails.  The subsequent import also fails as a result.
