MMX EDR Node Does Not Add Profile Fields To EDRs (Doc ID 2492307.1)

Symptoms

In Oracle Communications Network Charging and Control (NCC) version 6.0.1, Messaging Manager (MMX or MM) is a messaging system for mobile networks.

As part of the Call Plan editor, MMX includes an MMX EDR node designed to add tags (strings or profiles data) into MMX Event Data Records (EDR).

There is an issue when using the MMX EDR node to write profile field information to the MMX EDR, (for example, the call ID), nothing in the EDR is added.
