How to Change Deenergized Conductor Style When Not Subscribed (Doc ID 2494838.1)

Goal

When an area is not subscribed by the user, the conductor colors change to a grey. This can be confusing for conductors that are deenergized (colored white).

Is there a way to prevent deenergized conductors from changing color when the user has not subscribed to that area?
