Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
When attempting to login with admin user in Agile Web Client the following error occurs.

ERROR
You have exceeded the number of allowable login attempts and your account has been locked.

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into Web Client with admin user
