Symptoms
- ASDL was completed on the wrong Network Element
- ASDL response is stuck in SARM and the WorkOrdser was staying in 103 state
- After restarting NEP the WO state was changed to 104 (Completed successfully)
- "Ignore ASDL Remove" message appeared in SARM diag file as below:
