IN UIM, Telephonenumber Search from GUI And API are Inconsistent (Doc ID 2498879.1)

Goal

On : 7.4.0.0.0 version, TN Component

TN Search from GUI and API returning different results.

UIM has 2 TNs in its UIM : 0xxxxxxxxx.
Search TN from GUI using TelephoneNumber starts with : 0xxxxxxxxx. It does not return any result which is expected as we searching with extra 0.

But when searched same TNs using below API, it returns result which it should not :
