Symptoms

On :  5.5.1 version, Integra Apps

When attempting to add a schema in metabuilder
the following error occurs.

ERROR

Record has already been inserted


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Schema Tab > Add schema
