Discount is Getting Prorated Even When "Valid To Middle Of Cycle" is Set Full in Cycle Discount (Doc ID 2498994.1)

Symptoms

On : 7.5.0.21.0 version, Pipeline Manager

Steps to reproduce:


1) Create an account with BDOM as 1. let say on 1st January.
2) Purchase a discount to give 50% on the cycle forward monthly charges with end date set to 20th March 2019.
3) Purchase a cycle forward monthly product for 1200$ without any validity.
4) move pvt to 1st Feb run billing.
5) move pvt to 1st March run billing. There is cycle forward monthly is charged for 1200 $ and a discount of -317.74 $ applied on the cycle forward.

Discount is getting prorated even when "Valid to middle of cycle" is set to Full in cycle discount information.

Cycle discount information settings:

 

Valid from middle of cycle: full
Valid to middle of cycle: full
Valid only part of the cycle : full

Usage discount information settings:
Valid from middle of cycle: full
Valid to middle of cycle: full
Valid only part of the cycle : full

Cycle event proration settings in discount step:
Prorate purchase: full discount
Prorate cancel: full discount

 

Actual behavior: At step 5, There is cycle forward monthly (1st March 2019 till 31st march 2019) is charged for 1200 $.
                         A discount of -317.74 (Calculated on proration basis from 1st March 2019 till 20th March 2019) is applied


Expected behavior : Cycle forward monthly shall be charged for 1200 $ (1st March 2019 till 31st March 2019).
                              Discount shall be applied as -600 $ (1st march 2019 till 31st March 2019) As the proration settings in the discount i.e "Valid to middle of cycle" under "Cycle discount information" is set full.
