Billinfo Status Is ACTIVE Even Though OP_CUST_COMMIT_CUSTOMER Input Flist Passed as INACTIVE (Doc ID 2501013.1)

Last updated on JANUARY 31, 2024

Applies to:

Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management - Version 7.5.0.0.0 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Goal

While creating an account from testnap, Billinfo status is passed as INACTIVE (10102), but the output of PCM_OP_CUST_COMMIT_CUSTOMER is creating billinfo as ACTIVE status.

For example, create account using below input flist, where Account status is 'active' and remaining objects like service, purchased_product, purchased_discount, bill_info status is 'inactive'.

What is the reason for this behavior and how can one achieve the requirement of billinfo being inactive and account being active?
