Users are unable to query DISCREPANCIES_V View after initializing the Business Area (Doc ID 2502989.1)

On Oracle Life Sciences Data Management Workbench (DMW) 2.4.7 version,

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
-------------------------
After initializing the data model Business Area for each lifecycle, some LSH DB users does not have 'SELECT' privilege over the DISCREPANCIES_V view from the corresponding Business Areas.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
It would be expected that after initializing the Business Area from an LSH DB user
account, that user should have 'SELECT' privilege over DISCREPANCIES_V view from that
Business Area.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Create a data model with an associated Business Area.
2. Install the data model in Development, QC, and Production lifecycles.
3. Initialize the Business Areas for each lifecycle using:

   LSH DB user does not have 'SELECT' access over all the Business Areas.
