On Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management (BRM), version, Customer Center,

An user has been assigned a role to have permissions and access restrictions to change product dates. But Updating the End Date option for the usage is disabled for this user, although the Purchase and Cycle dates are enabled in Customer Center.

Note: It is working fine with root user.

1) Login to Customer Center with a userid which is assigned to a role having the below permission and Read/access to change product dates:

    /accounttool/product/modify                                Read/Write
    /ClientTool/CustomerCenter                                Read/Write
    /customercenter/plans/productdetails/cycle        Read/Write
    /customercenter/plans/productdetails/purchase Read/Write

2) Open an account in Customer Center
3) Go to the Plans tab and open the page for product details
4) Check whether updating the end date option for the usage is enabled or not.
