Questions and Answers
 If database is set to store customer information in Chinese and English would this be a performance impact overall? Is it advisable to store data in Billing and Revenue Manager system(BRM) in two languages?
 If customers choose to store data in 2 languages in Database (English and Chinese for example), would that cause any issue? Is that recommended?
 When storing info in Chinese, data retrieved from BRM is coming as "\123\123\123\123\123\123". How can one fetch the original Chinese characters back in invoice?
