HelloConvergence in Convergence 3.0.2 With Three-pane Layout Does Not Work (Doc ID 2508223.1)

The HelloConvergence customization (https://docs.oracle.com/cd/E69224_01/doc.302/e69228/cst_ww_ui.htm#CONCG253 ) does not work when using the new layout "ecko" (hamburger). We can see the new service but when we click on it nothing happens.
