Unifier Viewer Is Not Opening the File In AutoVue : Main JAR resource in JNLP file is empty. (Doc ID 2508450.1)

Symptoms

On Unifier : Version 18.8.2

When trying to Open a file using the Unifier viewer:

Expected Result

When trying to open a file using the Unifier viewer the AutoVue applet should launch and load the document.

Actual Result

The user is prompted to download the AutoVue Client Certificate and when launching it the following is found in the Java Console Log:

Main JAR resource in JNLP file is empty.

Business Impact

Because of this the users are unable to use the Unifier viewer to view the files.
