SPs compilation error in DBHealth
 
Getting errors in compilation in DBHealth after upgrading MSS  from 6.3.0 b733 to b842 and ASR 57 to ASR 58

ERRORS
-----------------------

Executed the DB health and it showed errors as follows :

SP_DELETE_JOB_QUEUE    

ERROR  PL/SQL: ORA-01031 :insufficient privileges

  

 

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be seen by the user using the following steps :
1-Open DB Health section in tbs_utils.exe
2-Run Execute button and we see errors on the Invalid Objects tabs
