UIM: System Error(java.lang.NPE)Error on Clicking Entity from Activity Workspace (Doc ID 2509279.1)

Symptoms

Customer on UIM 7.4.0.3.0.
Performing following operation through UI:

1. Creating EWO
2. Add Entity for ex. TN to Activity Workspace.
3. Complete the Activity.
4. To go to the summary page of TN by clicking the ID link from the Activity Workspace page giving following error in log:

Caused By: java.lang.NullPointerException
at oracle.communications.inventory.ui.project.activity.bean.page.ActivityDetailsBean.getEntityExists(ActivityDetailsBean.java:1249)
