Goal
The User Name in Condition Summaries is updating every time someone makes a change.
When someone edits a note (information, map correction) the system is updating the User Name column to the person who edited, instead of who initially placed it.
The database shows a column called 'Creator', which you assume would never change.
Could this not update, or have two columns? One for Creator and one for Last Modified.
