Symptoms

On ASAP 7.3.0 B9 version:

It is appearing as though the time it takes to deploy a full set of customer cartridges in ASAP has increased significantly, from 25-30 minutes to 75+ minutes.
This behavior is confirmed across all 3 QA environments and also on the Development environment.
