ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Customer found the Validation rules behavior of standard view is different from classic view
 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Validation rules behavior should be the same.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Customer have a Decimal DE with 0 Decimal Places, and created two validation rules

rule1, >=0
rule2, <=100

2. And customer tried to input 100.4 as value for the DE to test

For Classic View
When click on Save button, record Saved, but the Value become 100

For Standard View
When click on Save button, Validation error popped to stop user to Save.

3. Issue received.
