Tailormade Products Not Getting Cancelled In "pin_cycle_fees -cancel" Mode (Doc ID 2521334.1)

Symptoms

On : 7.5.0.22.0 version, Subscription Management

When pin_cycle_fees utility with -cancel mode is executed , It is observed that tailor-made products are not getting cancelled.


STEPS
-----------------------
1. Create account
2. Create base product of 100$ and tailor made product of 50$
3. Tailor made product set with 2 months and then base product will apply
4. After 2 months, perform billing or run the utility manually

pin_cycle_fees -cancel

It is observed that tailor made products are skipped in the pin cycle mta init search by comparing the overridden object with explicit value of 0.
