Customer initiates a FA Activity of type TurnOffMeter-Emergency, which uses D2-ProMDMDtl has the MDM Data Retriever on the Field Task Type. During creation of O/B message, a failure is reported in D2-ProMDMDtl, but the logs do not provide much information as to the failure.
