pin_notify Is Generating CM Crash While NewsFeed Is Implemented (Doc ID 2523290.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Connection Manager(CM) is crashing when trying to implement the newsfeed feature which is available in Billing Care. The CM is crashing during account creation.

STEPS
-----------------------
Steps followed are from Oracle documentation: https://docs.oracle.com/cd/E16754_01/doc.75/e16700/mng_cust_about.htm#BRMCU1091

1) Customized pin_notify file to have notification events (Enabling News Feed as in documentation)
2) Loaded Strings (Loading Localized and Customized Strings for News Feed as in documentation)
3) Restarted CM as given in documentation
4) Tried to create account, service and purchase a cycle forward product - it failed with core dump.
