NCC SLC Problem With Messaging Manager Configuration (Doc ID 2523808.1)

Symptoms

After a successful installation of Oracle Communications Network Charging and Control 5.0.1 (NCC) application, some post-installation tasks should be performed before starting up the platform.
One task is about "Messaging Manager Configuration" which should be done throughout the Service Management System Screens (SMS GUI). The Messaging Manager (MM) application handles receiving, routing, and sending SMS messages through a variety of protocols.

One of the problem reported after NCC installation is the missing MMX Node from Nodes Tab in SMS GUI.
