While Updating The Service Login - UNIQUENESS_T Table's MOD_T Field Value Changes To Entry Modify Time (Doc ID 2523862.1)

Goal

After creating a new account while changing the service login, both CREATED_T and MOD_T value changes to entry modify time.

Steps:

1. Create a customer account with some /service/ip

2. Select * from uniqueness_t.

One gets a new entry in uniqueness for it, with CREATED_T and MOD_T set at sysdate, note the timestamp.

Expected Behavior:

Only MOD_T has to change , CREATED_T should not change.
