Symptoms
The following error is raised when clicking on discrepancy tab :
Error
Log code XXXXXX, Custom Review Type deactivated. Please retry operation.null."
Issue can occur for one / or multiple CRF(s) .
In above example, the CRF had 2 pages where there are a total of 70 discrepancies generated from a total of 8 Validation Procedures.
So for this one CRF, they have 80 MULTIVARIATE discrepancies of which 70 are CURRENT (10 are OBSOLETE) and these 70 discrepancies have a total of 1230 validated reported values.
*OPA_1-diagnostic.log file shows in the error stack based on the Log code, the below SQL Exception :
