Symptoms

On : 12.1.0.0.0 version of CCB-MDM Integration,

Date Time conversion error in creating a bill in Customer Care and Billing 

Created a bill and then the bill segment encountered an error with message "Awaiting bill determinants from MDM". Log file shows an error in converting the date and time from XSD to OUAF format.

Customer followed suggestion from CCB-SOM Integration FACompletion Error: Date/Time conversion XSD_TO_OUAF error: Invalid format <Note 2232783.1> and still encounter error.
