ODI-1217: Session B1_SYNC_CONTEXT (1121) fails with return code 7000.
ODI-1226: Step B1_SYNC_CONTEXT fails after 1 attempt(s).
ODI-1232: Procedure B1_SYNC_CONTEXT execution fails.
