On : 7.3.5.0.7.B58 version, Other

COM-Issue: Prod:Order Got Stuck in Amending

Order got stuck in amending state, no pending revision activities like undo, redo or amend –do are present. Observed the issue in production for multiple orders
Below observed below error message.
ORA-00001: unique constraint (ORDERMGMT_OSMPRDWYN.XPKOM_HIST$ORDER_HEADER) violated
ORA-06512: at "ORDERMGMT_OSMPRDWYN.OM_WF_API", line 9874
