Source Suppliers Details Are Not Pulling On MRP Workbench. (Doc ID 2532421.1)

On : 12.1.3 version, Materials Requirements Plan in All Instances

Users have created a Supply Chain Plan with several organizations and have attached an assignment set with sourcing rules. After they run the MRP plan and release planned orders to create wip jobs and PR's/PO's, they notice one buy item that they setup a sourcing rule for does not show supplier/supplier site for any planned orders. The found the sourcing rule was setup correctly and it exists in the assignment set attached to the Supply Chain Plan options.
 
Item = JBuy
Org = M1
Sourcing Rule = Buy From JoeSupplier/JoeSupplierSite
Assignment Set = JoeAssignSet and contains above sourcing rule
Workbench shows many planned orders but supplier / supplier site is null for all of them

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect Supplier / Supplier Site to be populated for All planned orders for the item/org combination

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create sourcing rules for buy item
2. Create assignment set with sourcing rule added
3. Attach sourcing rule to Supply Chain Plan, add organization and demand schedule
4. Run Supply Chain Plan
5. Check Planned orders and find for particular item/org combination there is no supplier/supplier site populated
