On : 2.6.0.1.0 version, UT - Utilities
- On Validation of Mailing Address of the Account (ProgramCIPCADRN), update code to add the missing register/unregister cursor logic
- On Account Person List Maintenance (ProgramCIPCACPL_Impl), catch the scenario wherein multiple records were returned by throwing an application error.
