Symptoms

On Applications Oracle Life Sciences Argus Safety Version : 8.1.2

Recently applied Argus 8.1.2.3 patch on top of Argus 8.1.2.2 and created a few scheduling check AG services.

After the patch application, observing afew errors logged in AG Scheduling Check logs.

Below are the error details.

 

Scheduling check2 > Enterprise DEFAULT : Case 1385765 Error 8880305 during report rule execution
Earliest Report Due Date Updated For 11 Cases With 1 Needing Reports.
Scheduling check3 > Enterprise DEFAULT : Case 1385604 Error 8880305 during report rule execution
Case 1385759 Error 8880305 during report rule execution
Earliest Report Due Date Updated For 6 Cases With 1 Needing Reports.
