Billing Care Takes Long Time Than Expected to Open up Account Page

On Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management (BRM), Billing Care,
After logging into Billing Care while opening up account page for large accounts, it took 3 – 4 mins to render the graph and show “Account History” on the first page.
This needs to be instantaneous, just as Customer Center behaves for the same account.
- Login to Billing Care.
- Click on Search.
- Enter any large account number.
- Click on Search, open the account.
Now one can observe the time taken to load that account.
